When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you place your order, we carefully process it, your parcel ships, and you receive your PipsyPet essentials.

Standard processing usually takes 3–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Unless a product page states otherwise, most orders should arrive within 10 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates and destinations

PipsyPet offers free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. Any available shipping methods, costs, and destination restrictions are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking your order

As soon as your package leaves us, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Carrier updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
